Good use with the shading but I agree in the fact that they both look the same age. Pacifica's upper body looks strange compared to the lower, however Wendy's figure matches up quite well.

I was reading your description and I understand your situation. Maybe you could get a friend to color it for you. Y'know leave a few instructions on the colors, and the type of shading and stuff. It's just a thought

I love how you got his cloths very accuratley. Only thing is the face. Dat face... i dunno it just doesnt fits. oh well im not gonna bring it down just cuz of how someone draws a chibi =D
